Price

​・To secure your reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 50% of the total tour price. Please be advised that this payment must be made via the provided link. Please be advised that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as detailed in our cancellation policy. This can be made via major credit cards or other online payment methods. The remaining 50% of the tour price is to be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

・The standard working hours for the guide are 8 hours per day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, though the start and end times are flexible. Please refer to my calendar and indicate your preferred days via the Contact Form.

・Should your tour plan extend beyond the standard working hours, an overtime fee will be applied at a rate of 5,000 Japanese yen per hour. Please note that the overtime fee is only applicable if both parties agree on it at the time of booking. In the event that the actual guiding time exceeds the planned duration due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, I will not charge the overtime fee.

・We do not offer an airport pick-up/drop-off service, but we can arrange for you to be picked up at the beginning of the tour and dropped off at the end of the tour at airports and/or ports. Please note that an additional fee of 15,000 JPY will be applied. 

・Please note that all prices include a 10% consumption tax in Japan.

・The meeting and end location will be as follows: Your hotel or any other location at your request.
